Project notes
JT Advertising occupied an aging ground-floor unit with a deep, narrow plan and a single street-facing window. The renovation pulls every workstation toward that window via a long shared oak table, and pushes the private functions — meeting, archive, pantry — into the dim back third of the plan.
The palette is intentionally quiet — white walls, raw oak, a single dark accent on the meeting room door — so that the studio's own work (printed posters, samples, fabric) remains the loudest thing in the room.
